I have owned one of these for 3 years now, and it is still performing beautifully. I often do the sound for acoustic musicians in small clubs and similar venues. Many of these performers are quite fussy about getting a clean and natural sound - and I have never had a single complaint about the Stagepas 300. The power amp stage is excellent. The mixer is more limited, with only two band EQ and no 48v phantom power. That can be easily overcome by use of an external, full-featured mixer, however. For very small venues, or if phantom power is not required, the built-in mixer sounds good and is perfectly adequate. The speakers and power amp stage of the Stagepas 300 are absolutely outstanding, however, and put out a sound that completely belies their diminutive size and weight. I have not heard better from a small/mid-size PA. It is also quite easy to expand the system in future. If you also have a large PA, then the Stagepas will not be wasted, as it also makes a superb onstage monitoring system. Very highly recommended indeed.
